I read your Release sandbox. Quote has an approval process called Discount Review. I'll prove both sides of the line as Dana, then hand the quote to Maria.

The problem

Everyone changes Salesforce. Nobody re-checks everything.

Admins, developers, consultants, managed packages, three seasonal releases a year, and now AI tools all change the same org. When an approval rule or a routing rule quietly stops working, nothing goes red. It surfaces weeks later as a complaint, a wrong invoice, or a compliance exposure.

01

Many hands, one system

Any change can affect a process nobody was watching, and none of the people making changes can know what every other team depends on.

02

Breakage is silent

A broken approval or routing rule does not raise an error. The org keeps accepting records. The failure arrives later, never as a failure.

03

Coverage is a comfort blanket

Apex tests prove a method returns the right value. They cannot prove a rep can build a quote and clear approval across your real screens, permissions and packages.

04

Change is getting faster

AI tools turn weeks of configuration into hours, and that work reaches sandboxes and production at the same speed. Checking has not kept pace.

How it works

Say it once. She takes it from there.

01 · Say it

Tell Milita what must never break

One sentence, in your own words. Not sure how to put it? She reads your sandbox and proposes what to prove, as a positive case and a negative case, with the person each needs.

02 · Watch it

She builds it and runs Debug

A browser opens in our cloud, signed in as the person the process belongs to. Milita drives; you watch from the conversation and answer only when she asks about business meaning.

03 · She proves it

A fresh cloud session, on her own

Every person's part, fresh test data, no help. Nothing from the Debug you watched counts. If every required result holds, the draft becomes a kept Promise.

04 · She keeps it

Re-proved after meaningful changes

On a schedule, when you ask, when your pipeline asks, when another Promise finishes. Quiet while everything holds.

05 · Change

Know before your users do

What is different, when it last worked, when it first failed, and what happened in between. She never guesses the cause.

Three nouns

Promise. Proof. Change.

Milita talks about Promises, Proofs and Changes rather than tests, suites and scripts. That is not branding. The words describe different things.

Promise

A business rule in your own words, the people it covers, where it applies, and the results that prove it worked. What you ask Milita to protect.

Proof

Evidence that Milita completed the whole process herself, in a fresh cloud session, as the people the Promise requires, with fresh data and no help, and that every required result held.

Change

A difference from the last good Proof: what is different now, when it last worked, when it first failed, and what was recorded between the two. Never a cause.

Held 4/4
Deterministic by design

AI understands. Deterministic code decides.

Milita uses a model to understand you, to read your org, and to choose the next question. Whether a Promise held comes from a real run in a clean session against your real sandbox, graded by typed assertions on business results. A model's opinion never becomes a verdict.

Plans are data, never code

Everything Milita builds is a validated plan of known primitives run by a fixed harness. The model cannot emit browser code, and nobody uploads code, customer or staff.

Missing can never become passed

A missing results file, an unknown status, an empty collection: each is an error, never a pass. This is a build-time invariant with tests behind it.

Watching never counts

A Debug you watched teaches. Only her own clean cloud run, with fresh data and no help, counts as Proof.

Consequential actions are held

A destructive, permission, credential or external action is never executed on the model's decision. You accept it from a card, within ten minutes.

She is measured

Milita is re-measured every night against an evaluation corpus: authoring fidelity, questions asked, false assumptions, injection resistance. A new model is admitted on evidence.

Independence is the feature

An AI that grades its own work will find a way to pass. Milita is the separate, deterministic check beside the AI that writes your configuration.

When something changes

Precise results. No blame.

A Change tells you what is different from the last good Proof, when it last worked, when it first failed, and what was recorded in between. Nothing more.

  • No guessed causes. She lists the events between the proofs and leaves the conclusion to you.
  • Infrastructure trouble is reported as infrastructure trouble, never as a business failure.
  • An uncertain result is inconclusive, not failed.
  • Only a new independent Proof establishes recovery.

Trust, in plain terms.

Everything in this list describes how the service works today.

Sandboxes only

Production, Developer Edition, scratch orgs and Trailhead Playgrounds are refused when you connect, with no exception.

Non-admin access only

Milita connects only with a non-admin Salesforce user you control. Admin-level users are refused. Revoke the certificate in Setup and access ends.

Separation in the database

Customer data is separated in the database itself, not only in application code.

One run, one environment

Every cloud run gets its own isolated environment, used once and discarded.

Evidence stays private

Served only through your own sign-in and deleted on the schedule your plan sets. Moving down a plan never shortens it.

Credentials kept out

Recognized Salesforce session credentials are removed from logs and evidence.

Not used for training

Model requests are served by Google Vertex AI. Google does not use them to train models.

Google Cloud and a DPA

Hosted on Google Cloud behind a load balancer with Cloud Armor. A GDPR-oriented data processing addendum is available for review.

Preparing for SOC 2

We are preparing for a SOC 2 audit covering security and confidentiality. We will only say "certified" when an independent audit is complete.

Why I built this

"I didn't start with AI and go looking for a problem. I spent roughly twenty years seeing the same Salesforce problem, and AI finally made a fundamentally different solution possible."

After roughly twenty years as a Salesforce administrator, developer, consultant and architect, Adrian kept seeing the same failure: an important business process quietly stopped working, and nobody knew until the damage was done. Milita exists to catch that change first, and to bring proof instead of reassurance. He runs Release Assurance AI-first: AI coding agents build the platform, and every change passes an automated gate and his approval before it ships.

Questions, answered

The short version.

What is Milita?
Milita is a Salesforce assurance colleague from Release Assurance. You tell her which business processes must never break. She proves them on her own in clean cloud sessions and tells you when a result changes. Meet Milita.
Is this Salesforce regression testing?
That is the category, yes. What is different is what gets checked. A script proves that clicking finished. Milita proves the business result held: that the 25% quote actually entered Finance Review, and that sending it before approval was actually refused. See how she compares.
What is in the free plan?
3 Promises and 20 Proofs a month, in a fresh cloud session against one sandbox, with evidence kept 7 days and fair use of 60 runs and 150 Milita model calls a month. It is deliberately narrow: enough to prove the processes you can least afford to break, and to see a real Change report when one moves.
Is it safe to connect our Salesforce org?
Milita connects only to Salesforce sandboxes, never production, and only with a non-admin Salesforce user you control. Admin-level users are refused, and evidence stays private. The Security page has the details.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Milita works in a browser in our cloud, which you can watch from the conversation. Nothing runs on your computer.
What does it cost?
Free for 3 Promises and 20 Proofs a month, forever. Starter is $150 a month for 150 Proofs. Pro is $500 per connected environment a month for 1,000 Proofs, and Business $1,500 per environment for 3,000. Past the allowance a Proof is 10¢ on Starter and 5¢ above, charged to your card after the month ends. Full detail on Pricing.
Is Milita just an AI chatbot?
She uses AI to understand what you tell her, to propose what to prove, and to explain what she found. Whether a Promise held comes from a real run in a clean session, not from a model's opinion. Deterministic by design.
