Why I built this
A note from the founder
Can you say, with certainty, that every critical process in your Salesforce org still works right now? Almost no one can — and that’s not negligence. Salesforce simply never tells you when a process quietly breaks.
I didn’t start with AI and go looking for a problem. I spent roughly twenty years seeing the same Salesforce problem, and AI finally made a fundamentally different solution possible.
I’ve worked in the Salesforce ecosystem as an administrator, a developer, a consultant and an architect. Across countless implementations, I’ve seen the same thing happen: a broken process nobody catches until it has already become a financial hit, a compliance exposure, or a customer who never got what they were promised.
Milita exists to catch that change first — and to bring proof instead of reassurance.
