Meet Milita

Meet Milita. She keeps the receipts.

Milita is your Salesforce assurance colleague. She learns the processes your business depends on, independently proves that they work, and notices when the result changes.

Promises teams hand to Milita

Each Promise is a business rule in your own words, the people it covers, and the results that prove it worked.

Discounts above 20% need Finance approval before a quote can be sent.

What proves it Preview — being built

  • StateA 20% quote reaches Ready to Send
  • StateA 25% quote enters Finance Review
  • RefusalSending is refused before approval
  • RelationshipThe same quote goes through after Maria approves it

If it changes

“A 25% quote now goes straight to Ready to Send. It last worked Tuesday at 09:02 and first failed today at 14:18.”

What Milita keeps

Three things carry the truth. Everything else stays out of your way.

Promise

What must remain true

A compact statement of the rule you care about.

  • The people it covers
  • The environment
  • The boundary cases that matter
  • The results that prove it worked
  • What it doesn’t cover
Proof

Evidence she verified it on her own

The record of a clean run she completed without help.

  • What she did
  • As whom and where
  • The records and values
  • Which results held
  • When it happened
Change

What differs from the last accepted behavior Preview — being built

What’s different from the last good Proof, and when.

  • What’s different
  • When it last worked and first failed
  • What happened between the two proofs
  • Who is affected

A Promise you’ve confirmed stays a draft until Milita proves it on her own. After that first clean Proof, it’s a kept Promise, and she keeps checking it.

How she works with you

A colleague, not a test tool.

You show her the work. You don’t write tests. Preview — being built

Do the process the way you always do. She turns it into a Promise.

She asks about meaning, never mechanics. Preview — being built

“Does ‘Submit for Finance Review’ begin the approval, or only save the quote?” Never “Which selector should I use?”

When one thing changes, she asks about that one thing. Preview — being built

If a screen changes, she asks you to show her only the control that moved.

Not a recorder

Showing Milita isn’t recording a script.

A recorder…Milita…
Stores a sequence of clicksBuilds a Promise about business results
Passes when the clicks finishPasses only when the business results hold
Replays the data you usedUses fresh test data
Replays one identityWorks as every person the Promise needs
Treats the recording as proofProves it again, on her own, in a clean session
Reports a broken stepCompares the result with the last good Proof
Leaves you to maintain the scriptAsks you to show her only what changed

Preview. Some of these behaviors are still being built.

What she won’t do

Some things she refuses on purpose.

  • She won’t claim something works without recent proof. No recent run means unknown, never healthy.
  • She won’t guess a cause. She tells you what changed and what happened in between.
  • She won’t guess which button you meant. If she isn’t sure, she asks.
  • She won’t count your demonstration as proof. Only her own clean run counts.
  • She won’t tell you the same thing twice. One message per fact, and silence while everything holds.

FAQ

Questions about Milita

Does Milita replace my testing team?
No. She protects the business processes you choose and brings evidence. Your team still decides what matters and fixes what changes.
What kinds of processes can she protect?
Processes with a clear business result: approvals, routing, record access, quotes, orders, renewals, and handoffs between people.
Does she work on custom screens and managed packages?
She learns from the real screens, so custom and managed-package screens are exactly what she is built for — and what we are still validating hardest.
Is Milita just an AI chatbot?
She uses AI to understand what you tell her and to explain what she found. Whether a Promise held comes from a real run in a clean session, not from a model’s opinion.
Who is behind Milita?
Release Assurance Inc., founded by Adrian Rudzikas, a Salesforce architect with twenty years in the ecosystem. More on the About page.
