Pricing questions

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One Promise, proved once a month, with no card and no time limit. We’d rather you proved one process forever than abandoned a trial.
What counts as a Promise?
A business rule in your own words, the people it covers, and the results that prove it worked. “Discounts above 20% need Finance approval before a quote can be sent” is one Promise. See the glossary.
What does “usage” mean?
Every time Milita proves a Promise she performs the whole process in a fresh cloud session, and that consumes capacity. Bigger plans carry more. Your account shows how much you have left as a percentage — we don’t ask you to reason about run counts.
What happens if I run out?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Milita pauses new proofs until your next period, and your existing Proofs and evidence stay exactly where they are. You can upgrade at any time and she picks straight back up.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions, and it takes effect immediately. See Billing & refunds.
Do you work with Salesforce consultancies?
Yes. The Teams plan pools usage across everyone, which is usually what a consultancy proving client processes needs. Talk to us if you manage several client orgs.
Do you offer annual billing or invoicing?
Monthly by card on Free, Pro, Max and Team. Enterprise is invoiced under your agreement, with purchase orders supported. Contact sales.
