By accessing or using the Release Assurance platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Release Assurance is a managed continuous verification service for Salesforce workflows. We provide automated testing, monitoring, and reliability reporting for your Salesforce org through browser-based automation. The Service includes the web platform, API, automated test execution, and email notifications.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including Salesforce platform outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Release Assurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Release Assurance from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
