1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Release Assurance platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Release Assurance is a managed continuous verification service for Salesforce workflows. We provide automated testing, monitoring, and reliability reporting for your Salesforce org through browser-based automation. The Service includes the web platform, API, automated test execution, and email notifications.
3. Accounts and Access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Salesforce Org Access
To use the Service, you grant us OAuth-based access to your Salesforce org with the permissions required to execute automated verification workflows. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. We will:
- Access your org only for the purpose of executing configured verification workflows.
- Use the minimum permissions necessary.
- Not access, copy, or store your Salesforce business records beyond what is required for test execution. Verification artifacts (screenshots, reports, and video recordings) that may incidentally capture on-screen data are retained per your plan's retention settings and automatically deleted thereafter.
- Revoke access promptly upon termination of your subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to test Salesforce orgs you do not own or have authorization to test.
- Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan.
6. Subscription and Payment
- The Service is offered on a subscription basis.
- Pricing is based on the scope of workflows covered and the service tier selected, as described on our Pricing page or in your individual service agreement.
- Payment is due in advance for each billing period.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Release Assurance from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
- We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.
